  • JOSE ROMANO

    DVM (Veterinarian)

    Dr. Romano earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of La Plata in Argentina in 1984. In 1996, he fulfilled a lifelong dream by building and owning his first veterinary clinic in Hialeah. With decades of experience, he became the proud owner of All Friends Animal Clinic in 2022, where he continues to provide compassionate, high-quality care.  

    Known for his dedication to both pets and their families, Dr. Romano believes in treating every patient as if they were his own. His warm approach and genuine care have made him a trusted veterinarian in the community.  

    Outside of the clinic, Dr. Romano is an avid soccer fan and enjoys exercising, playing the drums, and spending time with his grandkid.  

  • Aleksa Alonso

    Manager

    Aleksa graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and is passionate about pursuing a career in veterinary medicine with the goal of one day becoming a DVM. Her lifelong dedication to animals began on the farm where she was raised, sparking a deep love for animal care the ultimately led her to join All Friends Animal Clinic

    Aleksa serves as both practice manager and veterinary assistant where she balances both client communication and patient care, ensuring every pet and their family receives attentive, compassionate service.  

    In her free time, Aleksa enjoys going to the gym, horseback riding, spending time with family, and anything involving the water – from beach days to boating and water sports.  

  • Kathy

    Professional Pet Groomer

    Kathy began grooming as a hobby for the dogs of friends and family, quickly discovering a true passion for the craft. She went on to earn her grooming license from Marry Field University and later opened her own grooming studio in Weston, which she successfully ran for 18 years. 

    After retiring from her studio, Kathy joined All Friends Animal Clinic, where she now grooms on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. She enjoys connecting with each dog in unique ways and always strives to delight clients with her attention to detail and care.  

    Outside of work, Kathy is passionate about the arts. She enjoys visiting theaters and museums and actively participates in community theater productions.  

  • Aria

    Veterinary Technician

    Aria is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences at Florida International University with the goal of becoming a veterinarian. She has dreamed of working with animals since she was a little girl, and joining the team at All Friends Animal Clinic has given her the opportunity to deepen her love for animal care while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a clinical setting.  

    At the clinic, Aria is known for her enthusiasm with patients and clients. She enjoys learning new skills from the veterinary team and takes pride in helping ensure every pet feels safe and cared for during their visit.  

    Outside of school and work, Aria enjoys playing video games along with painting and writing romance novels.  

  • Danielle Dowgiallo

    Veterinary Assistant

    Danielle began working at All Friends Animal Clinic while earning her bachelor’s degree at Nova Southeastern University. After graduating, she pursued her passion for wildlife by traveling to Alaska, where she completed a year-long wildlife response internship. Now back in Florida, Danielle has rejoined the clinic’s team while also working at a wildlife hospital on her days off.  

    Her dedication to both domestic and wild animals shines through in her work, and she enjoys supporting patients and their families with compassionate care.  

    In her free time, Danielle loves reading fantasy and thriller novels, playing volleyball, and spending time with friends and family. 

  • Cindy Sanchez

    Receptionist

    Cindy has always had a love for animals, which led her to join All Friends Animal Clinic while pursuing her degree in sonography to become an ultrasound technician. With over eight years of experience in Customer service, she brings warmth, professionalism, and a welcoming smile to every client interaction.  

    As the clinic’s receptionist, Cindy takes pride in treating each guest with kindness and respect, making both pets and their families feel at ease during their visits.  

    In her free time, Cindy enjoys having a relaxing day at the beach and reading a good book.
